Finally got my iPhone 4 today. Everyone’s been asking if its worth upgrading to the new iPhone 4. I’ve been playing around with the iPhone for few hours now. And here is what I think and hopefully give you a small glimpse of what the new iPhone can do.
Halal Scanner takes a photo of the ingredients label of a food product and determines the halal status of any food additives contained in the product. Users also have the option of searching through a database of food additives on the iPhone instead of using the iPhone camera.

Shenaniganz08 from Apple Rumor has written a great DIY guide on how to restore you iPhone front & back case. If you have the time, effort and of course lots patience, this is probably worth it for you to do. But if you don’t have any of that you can always purchase the back cover (linky) from ebay for less then $25 and replace by yourself with the help of YouTube.
Yes you read it right, Appulous is gone for good. For people who don’t know what Appulo.us is; it’s one of the biggest backup App Store repositories. If you have a jailbroken iPhone/iPod Touch, you were able to download almost any app from Appulous site for free. No one has forced the author of site to shut down the site, but he himself decided to end this project.
