Adobe has released Flash 10.1 beta 3 and the new player offers hardware video acceleration for netbook users with machines running Intel GMA 500 graphics. This means support for the GPU found in many netbooks, which previously would have trouble playing smooth 720p HD video. Flash 10.1 beta 3 also supports the Broadcom Crystal HD, that are coming in newer models of some netbooks.

How many times have you found yourself in a situation where you’re unable to access your instant messenger program, just because you’re blocked on a public computer?
